As you can probably tell, I’ve mostly been using LUSH products and trying out the rest of their skincare line, not just the beloved bath bombs and bubble bars. I’ve been looking at lower cost skincare mostly because the skincare I really need and want to purchase has dramatically increased in price due to the low Canadian dollar. Not thats its going to keep me from dreaming about one day trying one these amazing products:

  1. Biologic Recherché Lotion P50 – Let it be known that Caroline Hirons directly impacts my skincare decisions and now that I’ve graduated from using Alpha H Liquid Gold for a few years, I would like to try the big guns. Enter Lotion P50 – a very exclusive product that apparently cannot be purchased without a consultation. Not that I really need this industrial strength product, I would maybe just like to try it… in a facial or something.
  2. Moonlight Catalyst and Antioxidant Dew from Kypris Beauty – Artisan luxury serums and oils from an incredible brand that you must learn about! Moonlight Catalyst is an overnight retinoid formulation that is safe to use for sensitive skin because the retinoids are derived from pumpkin! The Antioxidant Dew is a better and natural version of the H.G. Estee Lauder serum. These miracle products have been hyped up so much that they were completely sold out for months due to Caroline Hirons, Lily Pebbles and Vivianna Does Makeup’s instant adaptation into their skincare routines. These products are very much luxury, but seem to be completely worth the hype.
  3. Alpha H Liquid Gold – Need to repurchase. I have been using this for years and it is my go-to whenever my skin is looking and feeling blah.
  4. Rodial’s Dragon Blood Eye Gel and Eye Gel Masks – Rodial is not really a brand I’ve heard much about. It seems to be advertised to an older audience as most of the products are “anti-aging”, “lifting” and “plumping”. I saw Ellie Goulding post on Insta about her backstage essential – the Dragon Blood Eye Gel Masks. Other than being quite pricey, the gel is very very smooth and lightweight – something I’ve been looking for for under my eyes. But what is Dragon Blood?
  5. Tony Moly – Other than being so so so adorable, I haven’t looked into their products and ingredients. A banana packaging for a hand lotion!? And now also available in Sephora and the Bay.
  6. Indeed Laboratories Fillume – One of their newest releases from last year. This is easily available and not as costly, but I decided to include it because its been on my list for a while. I’ve been so close to picking this up many many times but always feel hesitant. I need to do some more reading and pick up the moisturizer and serum.

Do you have any newish/hg skincare products that you are coveting?
